Alledged Masturbator Strikes at Tim Hortons Car Meet
 

The Story:

According to witness', a rather bovine looking middle eastern fellow was caught masturbating in the parking lot of Tim Hortons on 61st street and Barlow Trail SE.

One woman described her encounter with the man as "disgusting" and mentioned that when he exposed himself to her, he was covered in semen and rolling around on the ground with his penis in plain sight, gripped in his hand..

When confronted, the fellow allegedly threatened to kill everyone in the parking lot with a pair of booster cables, and said that "in one phone call, you're all dead"

This fellow was released at the scene and allowed to drive home, as his charge was summary "Performing an Indecent Act" (not sure if that's the official charge) and considered minor.

If anyone can identify the alleged masturbator, you should post your information here.

Note: These are not my first hand accounts of this situation, we just happened upon it and were given bystanders details.

We were just riding around and stopped in with a crew of bikes - the place was lit up with a helicopter and everything.

Probably the only worse place that guy could have picked to do that would be inside a police station.
With how many cops there are around there I imagine all those cars in the last pic showed up in a matter of seconds after it was reported.

The lighting is bad, but i can confirm it was him... he told me something was up that night and that he was bad.
