Recommendations for a zipper fix?
I've been told that normal seamstress places wont repair zippers on bike jackets because they are so heavy duty. Is this a load of shit? Any recommendations?

These guys sponsored Canadian Chaos, but there was also another one that did a TON of CMRA work. Can't remember the name. A Plus Tailors?

You can also go to Boutique of Leathers, I'm pretty sure they still give quotes on simple fixes like Zippers/Buttons.
But they will send your coat out for 2-3 weeks.

DNR leathers
2011 39th ave NE
270-9559
They replaced the POS OEM Zipper on my Alpinestars 2 piece with an ultra heavy duty one. I provided the zipper from Fabricland ($4) but he just charged me $50 to replace it. I know that sounds like a lot, but he did a fantastic job.
